BE YOURSELF: An Immersive Experience of Tin Embroidery

In celebration of its 30th anniversary, JNBY launched the BE YOURSELF 100 Creators Program, aimed at sharing the stories of women’s growth in various creative industries. This initiative highlights their persistence and dedication to their craft, as well as their independence and sobriety in life.

To deepen consumers’ understanding of the ICH tin embroidery culture, JNBY hosted the first activity of “BE YOURSELF 100 Creators Program” on tin embroidery at Aotu Space in Beijing. The inheritors of tin embroidery, Longnu Sanjiu and her daughter, were invited to share insights on tin embroidery, Miao culture and stories of inheritance through dialogues and workshops. In the activity, attendees can not only observe the exquisite embroidery up close, but also engage hands-on in the creation of tin embroidery, experiencing the unique charm of this ancient technique.
